Carolyn Dale - Creative Director

The team uses one word to describe Ed’s wife Carolyn; creative. She uses this gift to assist Ed in advertising, new projects and overseeing the team.

Born in the little hydro town of Seven Sisters Falls, MB Carolyn spent her early childhood enjoying the outdoors and the Whiteshell Provincial Park lakes.

After high school Carolyn worked in the Investment Industry before taking seven years of Bible School part-time. Combining this knowledge and her creativity she served as Children’s Minister of a local church for sixteen years.

Carolyn’s passion has always been her family. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children camping, traveling, hiking and attending church. An avid reader, Carolyn enjoys sharing her knowledge by teaching a variety of classes and working with kids and teens in creative venues.

Carolyn brings a positive and friendly attitude to the team. She enjoys seeing all the members succeed by assisting our clients find their perfect home.
