This letter is intended to highlight the outstanding professionalism of Ed Dale, an agent with your company with respect to my move from Europe to Canada with the Canadian Air Force during the summer of 2001.

Despite what I thought to be adequate planning to secure rental accommodations, upon my arrival in Winnipeg the deal unexpectedly fell though. Being 7,000 km and 7 time zones from home and without my family, I was forced to change plans and buy a home -and fast. I was certainly behind the starting line as I had understandably not completed and planning for the purchase of a house when I contacted ed Dale. A colleague of mine, Capt Blair Passant, had referred me to Ed with whom he had just sold his house.

Enter Ed, who after appreciating the urgency of the situation; spared no effort in ensuring everything possible was done to assist me. Despite the fact that I had previously owed a home and was familiar with the purchase process, the time-compressed nature of the situation required some professional help. Without exaggeration, I can say Ed made me his priority and literally made it all happen. Within 3 hours of my first phone call, Ed met me at my hotel to go over the available homes on the market. The very next day, we saw a dozen homes including the one that I put an offer on and bought. His insistence that he continue working into the night and on the weekend to complete the preparations for my last minute purchase shows his heart is in his work.

The professionalism, trustworthiness and genuine care Ed showed while assisting me certainly speaks volumes about the high level of service your company not only offers but delivers. I suggest to you that Ed portrayed the attributes I would consider the standard to which your company should aspire. Dealing with him was a pleasure.

In this age of impersonal call centers, automated telephone menus and under-qualified personnel, I found it refreshing and downright impressive that your company finds it possible to live up to it's advertised promises. The extra effort showed by Ed Dale really made a difference in our move and I hold him directly responsible for the happy and comfortable home in which we live now.
